Utilizing a simple grain bill of Pure California malt and flaked wheat, this beer is built to showcase hops while balancing the alcohol flavors. The alcohol isn’t hidden, and you can readily perceive it in the aroma, but it’s not as hot as some beers this big are. The beer is relatively dry, with notes of candied citrus, pine, and pineapple. Balanced bitterness, a full body, and a pineapple cake finish round the beer out. The beer pours a brilliant clear gold. Featuring artwork by our very own Barrel Director, Brian Holter!
