This classic Belgian farmhouse-style ale employs traditional brewing techniques to produce an earthy, but fruit forward beer. Higher carbonation makes this a crowd pleaser while the addition of Willamette hops, coriander and citrus adds a nice layer of complexity. Traditional examples include fruit and packaged beer is bottled conditioned so you’ll find variations on this style year-round in the taproom.
