This IPA was fermented warmer than normal and as a result is incredibly ester driven. Bubblegum, tropical fruit, and notes of perfume dominate the aroma. Kepler finishes dry and drinks easy with an ABV at 7.5%. In honor of Johannes Kepler, the famous German astronomer who lends his name to the deep space telescope, we used a German hop called Lemon Drop to add a citrus element and Wai-iti, a New Zealand hop, to support the beer with large tropical flavors.
