Gold Brew golden milk stout on nitro was cold brewed with a mountain of Alana’s fresh roasted coffee beans right in the beer. We amped up the sweetness and malt-forward body with lactose. Finally, we added vanilla bean powder, which increases the perceived sweetness and rounds out the chocolate, bread, and biscuit notes in this beer. The beer is aromatic, flavorful, and balanced, but more importantly, at a drinkable 5.4% abv.
