Wild Ale with Nectarine and Peaches

From the Roots is our second wild barrel blend, this one made with nectarines and peaches from Masumoto farms. Wine barrels containing various sour projects with ages of 1-2.5 years were hand selected, blended, and refermented with the stonefruit. The result is a pleasantly tart fruit-forward beer featuring notes of vanilla and oak. It pours a rose gold with a light foam cap and features familiar tart aroma notes of other LAAW wild beers.
