An extremely fruit forward and tart version of Blüme, Celestial is dry conditioned with a special blend of Bird Pick dried fruit. Muscat grapes, hibiscus, and passionfruit dominate the pallate and a dry and spritzy mouthfeel will keep drinkers coming back. It’s worth noting that this is one of the sourest beers we’ve made and that’s mainly from the fruit we added.
